Hi Sakib
I am looking for some javascript to put RSS feeds onto my web pages. There are a lot of such scripts available including the one you have given.
My problem is that any such script has to refer back to a server that parses the rss feed, probably by using php. If the people running that server decide to discontinue the service, the rss javascript will stop working.
It is vital to me that my site has a dependable feed conversion source. Do you think the server that backends your javascript will keep running for many years? It appears to be at Virginia Community Colleges.
Or can you suggest another rss-to-javascript service run by a major server operator?
Thanks.
Neil
P.S. I’m using Feedburner with its Buzzboost service, to turn my WordPress blog into a feed that can be placed on my web page. But I haven’t been able to make it work for non-blog feeds, e.g. Reuters news.
Neil,
Me also think of it. and sometimes they use ads ‘when you’re dependable” of their rss feeds. even it’s not possible to prevent their ads. so, thinking alternatives.
hope soon, i’ll figure out a new ways. i’ll inform you
thanks once again for your comments.
Sakib
